Admission Rules

1) A child must be 3+ years from the beginning of session, to be eligible for admission to class Nursery. Eligible children will be interviewed and admission is based on merit.
2) Before admission there will be a written test in the following subjects : Math’s, English, Hindi and also depend on availability of seats.
3) Registrations forms are neither returnable nor transferable.
4) Once the fees and other charges, are paid will not be refunded, in any condition.
5) Please ensure that the date of birth and name filled in the registration form should be correct, it will not be changed afterwards for any reason.
6) Please attach the following with the form:
- • Photocopy of Aadhar card of child and both the parents.
- • Attested photocopy of municipal birth certificate.
- • Three very recent passport size photographs of the candidate, Photograph pasted on the form should be signed by the parent.
- • Photocopy of Academic report (Marksheet) of the class last appeared by the candidate.
- • T.C. of the child that is issued by the previous school.
7) Duly filled form has to be submitted in the school office along with registration fee which is non‐refundable..
8) Admission to G.C.S.S. is based on merit. i.e. performance of the candidate in the oral & written rounds of aptitude Test‐irrespective of his/ her caste, creed or community.
9) The school does not accept any donations/ recommendations for grant of admissions.
10) Parents of a selected candidate‐(for admission), would have to complete the formalities and collect the admission acknowledgement receipt from the admission counter and procurement of uniforms from the vendor.

12) The due date for the monthly installments of school fee is 15^th of every month without late fee. After that late fee will be charged as applicable at that time decided by the school management.
